Rodeio Grill proudly utilizes the authentic Brazilian Churrasco cooking methods. Several varieties of beef, chicken and pork are skewerd, seasoned and rotiseri cooked over a real wood fire.
If you order Rodizio, The skewers are brought to your table where you choose the varieties and quantity of your liking. The waiter (churrasqueiro) will return periodically until you ask him to stop!



"We just wanted to send you this note to tell everyone at the Rodeio Grill what a wonderful time we had last Saturday. It was our first experience with the Brazilian barbecue and Rodizio. We didn't know what to expect but the food and the experience were wonderful, not to mention the service. The Rodizio, Pudim and cappucino were my favorites but everyone including the children liked the food. Thank you very much.
